So I just noticed that one of my opponents in a turn based game was kicked out of chess.com for cheating. But the game's still active, and I still have to wait for him to run out of vacation time and time out before the game clears off my list. Does this seems silly to anyone else? Shouldn't his games be ended automatically when he gets kicked out?

This has happened to me three times already Fromper, but it better that they get caught before you finish the game - I've had another four that weren't caught until I'd already lost - now that really IS galling

In this case, I should have lost, but not because they played particularly well, just because I messed up. But I got the win now. It just took so long that I forgot about that particular game, until I noticed that my opponent was about to time out, then saw that he'd been banned.
