They can kick you if they woke up grumpy this morning.

They can kick anyone anytime even the top players, mostly it is not in their interests to kick anyone, but they can.

Why did you decide to flood the chat room with musical symbols ? Are you retarded? How can you even question that. Spam isn't accecpted. Talk properly, or not at all. Simple, really.

This happened a year and a half ago. I suggest that you try to move on with your life.

I realize that I am not the brightest guy around, but if you were kicked off the site, then how do you have an account with which to now post your complaint about being kicked off?  On another note, I am not sure how musical symbols are any more pointless than "First", "LOL", "easy", or any of the other posts we see almost daily in the forums.  And yes, I do fully realize that now the next hundred posts or so will be exactly of this kind.  Oh well.

Ah yes...the classic..."Other people were doing it"

Be a leader not a follower, and dont make excuses when following gets you in trouble.

Follow these simples rules to succeed on chess.com and in life!

1.) Always say your innocent.  Afterall...you are!  This shows determintation, and fortitude.

2.) When proven that you are not innocent.  Always play the "Other people were doing it"  This shows you arent afraid to delegate responsibility.  This is a proven management success trait.

3.)  When the above dont work then play the race card.  This shows ingenuity, and the ability to think on your feet in pressure situations.

4.) NEVER....and i mean NEVER admit you were wrong.  This shows weakness, and no one wants to be weak or look bad in front of others.

If you have to ask the first question, then i can understand why your excuse was that other people were doing it.
