Hi. When I try to play online chess or load the daily puzzle, I get a board with no pieces. I am able to play by using ctrl+F5, but I am hoping I can return to regular functionality. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going wrong or how to get my browser working right?

I am have Windows XP, I am using Firefox, and I have Flashblock and AdBlock Plus.

Thanks for the reply. I disabled Flashblock and still no luck. I have previously had Flashblock and AdBlock Plus enabled on this computer and it ran smoothly.

you need to allow everything from "chesscomfiles.com" 

i don't know - depends on the browser plugins and settings you have... try a DEFAULT clean browser install..

I reinstalled and I still need to hit Ctrl+F5.

When I try to load a game on Internet Explorer, it says it has an error on the page.

I am also having similar problem only with Tatics Trainer.  I need to hit Ctrl+F5 to view the pieces.  Here is the error message, please help.
