blocked from playing the computer

My Internet Content setting allow all sites to use Javascript. Still cannot play the computer.
My computer is blocking the program, so I'm not able to play the computer. I have the most recent Java update and typed in http://chess.com/ and http://cssjs.chesscomfiles.com/ into the Java Security setting but the program is still blocked. Can anyone help?
