There is an inconsistant bug on the pairings page of a tournament.
Design Assumptions:
All of my games go ACROSS the row, LEFT side is when I play White, RIGHT side when I play the same person as Black. So, when I mouse over one of the marks I see the game board in it's current position.
Problem:
However, If I am White or Black, I want to see MY side of the board. It currently doesn't seem to be ANY logic behind what color the board is facing. I've checked an entire grid of pairings... some are right some are wrong, with no particular logic to it.
There are 2 reasons for correcting this:
1) When I have no games where it is my move, I could use the grid to peruse all of my games in just a few minutes without having to go to my games, display one game, the go back to my games, etc.
2) Normally, I pretty good at remembering which games I have which color in, even with the board flipped, but >>> TRY IT ON A THEMATIC TOURNAMENT GRID - nearly impossible LOL
Whatever you could do to fix this anomaly would greatly be appreciated ... preferably sooner than later.
Thanks in advance,
Art
FYI: It works fine on the Current Games page ... just not on the Tournament Pairings page

It seems that this bug is related to what I am experiencing. I go to My Online Games and I have no game in which it is my turn. When I hover over "Waiting..." in the status column, I get the board preview, which is wonderful and shows the game from my perspective. When I click to view a game (regardless of whether it is my turn or not) SOME games are displayed the wrong way (I will see the black side even though I have the white pieces). After this happens once with a game it seems to be consistently incorrect with that game. So far this is the case in 3 of my games. I then have to flip sides, which I also have to repeat in analysis mode.
Not sure what could have triggered this behavior. Any thoughts?
