Bug report -- invalid violated Fair Play policy

Hello,  if this is not the right place to submit a bug report, please point me at the right place.

I was playing riczurdo02 (http://live.chess.com/live?v=20130412#g=512877132).  After 20...Bd5 White resigned.  

This is in the notifications window:

NEW GAME (512877132) - riczurdo02 vs. bopolissimus (10 0 rated) (win: 8, draw: 0, loss: -8)

GAME OVER - riczurdo02 vs. bopolissimus - bopolissimus won by resignation (+8). Your new blitz rating is 1553.

riczurdo02 may have violated our Fair Play policy - it has been noted and they may have their account restricted.

riczurdo02 did not let the time run down.  He resigned, and at game end he still had 2:43.

He shouldn't receive whatever the negative consequences are of Fair Play policy violation.  And the bug should be fixed :-).

               Oh, I'll take this one.  CHESS.com--please hold             I've been holding for 17 months               The frackin bug clearer that we hired, quit 2 days later.      If you buy a can of "RAID", our billing dept will reimburse you, but you must send us the receipt. Also, be careful which billing dept you send it to. Because of the bugs, there's a V2 billing, and a V3 billing. Last week we "accidently" threw out $6 million dollars worth of checks.  Erik went balistic and fired half the bugs thinking they were staff.  We'll do what we can, but you have to give us TIME!  The ship's destroyed, the computer's busted, communication is down, hailing frequencies are broadcasting S.O.S. to all sub-stations. If we can survive just 1 MORE NIGHT.......   That's the life span of these bugs, 17 months and 1 night. It took us YEARS to map out the Genome for this site.  Spock, SPOCK  Stay awake will you!  Have Scotty hot wire my "new" I-phone 6 into "central command". I've got a bug app for just $9.95 a month more, when you purchase the "extended worranty". Now, send a signal to sleepy_Lee.
