Everytime I try to submit a ticket, the form tells me I have not typed in the image verification code correctly.  I have tried to submit a few times, and I am sure I typed in the correct code each time.  I'm trying to submit a bug report concerning the login form.

The support software was down for a little while today so this may have been the reason for the troubles you experienced. If you are still not able to submit a ticket then you can send me a message regarding the bug report and I will make sure it is forwarded on.

You should submit a ticket for this instead of posting it in the forums.

(Sorry, too obvious to pass up)

Hey, read the forum carefully. It says GotGoose cannot submit tickets. Think before you type! He/She probably thinks erik or jay or someone on the team will come across it and fix it.

Maybe he's just using a far more subtle form of irony, and the jokes on us?! Surprised

Wait -- but aren't we just using a subtler yet form of irony now?

I have never even been able to see the verification code to attempt to type it in, and this is not just recent.

Irony and sarcasm doesn't work that well on the cold, anonymous Internet.  Perhaps chess.com should have a voice recording feature for those special moments when we need to get our point across?  <-- good example of what I mean; that sentence is a joke.

And this is an old thread!

Or going forward I could just telegraph the joke with a parenthesized apology in the same post....
