Actually, that position was repeated three times. Immediately after that move you should have had a claim draw button (at least according to the FAQ linked).
I think I recall in the past, something about that coming up and there may actually be a bug in the implementation. I'll see if I can find it and link to it.

I think I was having this problem today. I have never seen a "claim draw" button (then again, I didn't know one existed!)

Regardless, if the button is going to appear when a draw is in order, why shouldn't the server just award the draw? (In my opinion, if neither player is brave enough to break the repetition, then they both deserve a draw.)
No, there should NOT be a "Claim Draw" button that pops up when 3-fold occurs. It is YOUR JOB to recognize that it's 3-fold repetition, meaning the exact same position occurs 3 times with the same player to move all 3 times and that player having the same legal options all 3 times.
Flashing up a "Claim Draw" button alerts the player that it's 3-fold. That is solely the player's responsibility to recognize the fact.
What you have to do is click the button that you would click to offer a draw, and if it is 3-fold repetition, and your opponent hasn't moved yet (If he has moved, it's now a different position), it won't offer him the draw, but rather terminate the game and it will be scored a draw by 3-fold repetition.

Omg that is so funny. I've never seen a game with that many moves. I have the same problem. I cannot draw a game unless someone excepts. There should be a super obvious button that give you the option to force the draw. Im desperately searching for answers. I'm playing on samsung s8. I am beyond frustrated with this error but this 422 game made me laugh pretty hard.

after moves 43. ... Qe4, 45. ... Qe4 and 47. ... Qe4 the position and the conditions on the board are the same but i can't claim a draw. I can only offer a draw – that my opponent keeps refusing.
i already checked How do I claim a draw? for support but after making my move and then clicking on the draw button, the game doesn’t ends as a draw... as supposed.
is it a bug? or am i mistaken? thanks for your support!
