The title says it all.
u cant, u put urself on vacation to not lose on time, u have to take urself off vacation first.
that's a big pity
Vacation is not (as default) a timebank or an extratime you can add to your time per move settings (even though premium members have a timeout protection that works in that way, it seems).
Of course you can't. You're on vacation!
If you are not able to be at your computer to play chess because you are going on a holiday, then of course you can't play moves! Nothing more logical :)
The last time I had the cell phone app working, it wouldn't let me move once because auto vacation protection had kicked in.
Do you work your job while your on vacation?
Vacation: a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday.
So a vacation from chess would be a suspension of the game. Why on earth would you be permitted to move in this time?
It's complicated by me. To go on vacation, it can't be your turn in any game, which doesn't happen often by me. I know that I'm going off in a few hours, but I may not be free of all games then. So I use my chance and go on vacation. But I'd still like to move during those few hours...
