Pardon me if this is common sense, or if this has already been previously posted, but I am unable to log into my chess.com account via the chess.com app. I type in my username and password and then it says,"Sign In Error, You must setup a password at Chess.com" I'm unsure as to what I am supposed to do. I looked for a way to possibly setup a password for my iphone through chess.com but I couldn't find anything. I closed and reopened the app, I deleted and redownloaded the app, and I reset my password and changed it twice now, but nothing seems to work. Am I missing something or is it a glitch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hrmmm. good question. do you have a really long password? does your whole username fit?

No, my password is not exceptionally long at all. And yes my entire username fits.

Oh, just FYI it is on the iphone 4 if that helps at all.

This app doesn't let me login at all, just says signing in, then nothing, not even an error.

It would seem to me pretty basic logic that if you make a phone application you might want to make it possible to use the thing.  

I had to delete and then reinstal my app.
