if I see the message "Email" (red colour) and I am clicking on "Email" then I download a file "parse.php" but I can*t read that.

I am using the Chromium Browser, Linux Ubuntu.

Unfortunately, the e-mail doesn't work with Chrome/Chromium. Try Firefox?

Yes I have also Firefox on my PC, I will use it. 

It does not work with Safari in OSX either, the parse file downloads.

Ahh, yes, I've been using Chrome on Ubuntu Linux as well and was wondering if this was just an issue with Chrome.  Thanks for the thread I'll try Firefox

It happens the same to me with Chrome

In Internet Explorer I can access, but I don't use Explorer

Its working now with Chrome!
