Help! I cant see the pieces in any of my online games, analysis boards etc. The only place on the site I can see the pieces on the board is here: http://www.chess.com/analysis-board-editor.html

I'm having the same problem with the current Firefox version (3.6.13). The same version worked well on my newer PC (which has a hardware problem and doesn't boot anymore, so I have to use an older one by now ...) With IE 8, everything is OK.

Have you tried to log out and in again? Simple, but sometimes very efficient!
I am using google chrome and this is the first time I've had this problem. Yes I have tried logging out and in but it hasn't worked. The strange thing is, it was working 10 minutes ago, then I change to a different game and all I can see instead of pieces are images that look like a piece of paper
anyone else got any ideas?
Managed to sort it out using a hard refresh and looking at chess.com's troubleshooter. Thanks again

I was having the problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0.6, but switched to Mozilla Firefox 3.6.13 and haven't had the problem since.
Interesting game. Please help.
