how do i access the chat room to take part in the live chess hall[beta]?

Mouse-over PLAY in the site menu->Live Chess Beta->Go Play.

no,i mean how can i write and recieve comments from other people or reply to them ?

When you enter, you should see 3 windows, the game board, Room- Main Hall and Control Panel. In the control panel is a tab for chat, by default.

You should see chat take place automatically. there is a little text box at the bottom of that window, to type in, then press enter.

Perhaps you have moved the windows, so try moving them about a bit if you cant see it all?
