Are you using a wi-fi connection or wired connection?
I am sorry to say that connection is a serious problem.. Losing so many games due to your server is costing me.. My internet connection is perfectly ok, having got continous ping reply.. further also sudden drop of seconds is also a big probelm. Bringing the game moral down.. It needs a heavy concentration to play this game. ANd these things are very disturbing. Losing so many points... Either rectify this or I will quit playing chess through chess.com,. Its a simple cheating with the players
