when i try to create a chess 960 game it says my rating range must include my own rating which i assume to be 1200. But even with the range set to 200-3500 it keeps saying my rating is not included in my range. Any advice as to what im doing wrong?

Mustn't your opponents rating be between a rating-range of 300 pts? So the range should be 900-1500.

yes thats what it started at but it said my rating was not in that range so i increased it to the maximum allowed low and high.

Try removing the limits completely.
