Hello my freinds. I have problem all times now. When I go to bord I see all bord but not any chess man on bord. I ask for help to chess.com and get answer to refresh screen and do disc housekeep. All things I do but no men come to see me on bord. Any othr plays have this one problem please tell me? I am not premium yet, do that help me? All grateful all times to you all.

Either clear out the cache or use "CTRL-R" to fully refresh the page.

It happened once to me too. I cant remember the fix, i think clearing out my cache did fix it. What internet browser are you using? Do you know how to clear the cache ok?
