Resolved: Chess Mentor Account Canceled But I was Billed

    Hey Erik and all,

     

    I cancelled my Chess Mentor account, it's supposed to expire today, still says that it's expiring today.  But, my credit card just got charged for another month.  What's the deal?

    You are right. We had some database problems. We will credit your credit card. sorry for the problem.

    ALSO, my account recieved message requesting me to update billing info.

    I want to cancel my diamond membership (change to Pt member later) and pressed "click here" yet I got the "dubious page"
