Hi,

I was wondering if any one has encountered the following problem while using the Chess Mentor program.  

After I make an incorrect move and click on the "Try Again" button, I receive the following pop-up window: "Unknown runtime error on line number undefined in file undefined." 

When I click "OK," I get the following alert: "An error occurred during AJAX Response handling.  The error response will appear in a new popup."   

When I click "OK" to this popup, I get a new window with more text than I feel is worth posting here.  Half of this text is from the lesson, the other half looks like code.

The only solution is to close the windows and then restart the program. 

Is this a problem on the side of my computer, or have others encountered it?  Thanks for any feedback.

Which web browser are you using? The Internet Explorer browser has been known to cause problems when training in Chess Mentor. We recommend that you try the Firefox web browser when training in Chess Mentor as this should eliminate any problems that are experienced in the Internet Explorer web browser.

Thanks for the feedback.  I'm using IE. I'll give Firefox a try.
