chess pieces not visible

what's goin on, every time i play, chess pieces are not visible..is there something wrong with the system? I can open the board but the pieces are all missing...

any one out there or any support, tell me what's goin on... How can I play the game without showing the pieces...tell me what's the problem..

the same problem is happening to me..
when i log on chess pieces are not visible properly...
but i can see an image icon instead of the pieces

i'm unable to play live matches due to pieces not visible clearly

is it a bug? can anybody else could see my pieces?
