When I go to chess.com using firefox I see that I have new emails but when I click on the email icon there is nothing visible in the Inbox.
When I do the same using Internet Explorer there is no problem, I see the new emails.
Any advice? (except "use IE")

Just kidding: here this problem does not happen!
I had this problem before, but now it seems to be ok. I'm not sure why it is working now, but not before, sorry! Try reporting it as a bug.
try clicking on the INBOX folder on the left menu of the email screen.
I did. Nothing happens.
With IE I see: Inbox (1)
And also the page Welcome to your Start Page
With Firefox I see: Inbox
And not the page Welcome to your Start Page
I managed now to see the Start Page by clicking on the Chess.com folder (top of the left menu).
From the Start Page I can click on the email and open it.
Still I clicking on the Inbox icon does not work.
using ff 3.05 and it works fine
