Help. This is the second time this has happened. The app comes on, rotates then is blank. Stwils.

Is this the mobile app ? iPhone ? Android ? pre-palm ?

When the latest app update was released, did you install it over the one on your device ? or did you close the app, completely un-install, then install the new app ?

This is for the iPad. It worked fine a few days ago.

Should I uninstall it.? It worked fine about three days ago.

Do you sync the iPad with iTunes? or is it a straight download onto the device?

I rarely sync. All other upgrades work fine.

It is working now. I did nothing. Did you make it work?

Now it is not working. ;(

I deleted it. Then reinstalled it and put in my user name,rtc. It came on but goes off when I try to play first video. Help please.

Have you tried turning the iPad off  and rebooting it?

I rebooted the iPad. That worked. So far, so good. Thank you. Stwils
