Chess.com server died... counting it as my resignation

    When the Chess.com server just killed out, I lost a game by MY resignation when I did not resign. Against a player rated 400 points below me... so I lost 147 points as a result. Please help restore that one!

    Perhaps after the update (or series of updates), they'll reset the ratings to make up for this?

    Didn't happen. I just submitted a ticket to have this corrected.
