Is there any way to claim a draw, like you could do in a OTB game?
I have a game that is dead draw, but my opponent just keeps moving... I know that when a position arises three times, you have the opportunity to push the 'Claim draw' button - but we haven't reached the same position three times and that could take "forever".

The claim draw button should appear after a threefold repetition or fifty moves without a pawn move or capture. You could also offer a draw to see if they will accept.

can you send a link to the game?
I suspect that it is this game. K+R vs K+N. A theoretical draw, but you probably will have to wait for the fifty moves unless they accept your draw offer. It appears that your opponent is over 100 years old, so you would think they would be in more of a rush to agree the draw.

Yeah, the game's not likely to go anywhere, but it's certainly not a automatic draw, since White could blunder away the Knight. The last pawn disappeared at 57...Kxh4 and the game is currently on move 91.Nd2 . With 16 moves left to go to the 50 moves rule, and assuming you always move immediately and your opponent uses his full 3 days for each move, your game should only last another 48 days plus however many vacation days your opponent invokes. At most he could have 90 days in the bank, which makes it 138 days, and during that 138 days he will accrue another 9 days of vacation.
All of that comes to a grand total of only 147 days. Today (May 26) is the 146th day of the year. So at the very latest, you should be done with this game on day 293, which will be Wednesday, October 20, 2010.
Of course, if you're having fun, you could double the remaining time by using all of your allotted time for each move instead of always responding immediately, which could extend you to somewhere in March of 2011 . . . but of course, during that extra 5 months each of you accrues even more vacation time . . .
I think the bottom line is that this game will never end. You'll just asymptotically approach a state of draw . . .

Game ended in a draw by mutual agreement ;)
Maybe my opponent reads the forum!
But still I miss the opportunity to call the "tournament leader" like in an OTB game.
