Probably it's because you lose internet connection. Check your opponent's time when that happens, I think some time is also added to his/her time. Or maybe it's a different reason...

Thanks. Yes, time is added to my opponent. But I don't think we lose internet connection. Would it be something to do with the server?

Thanks. I don't lose time with every move, but every 5 minutes or so I lose a minute or 2. How can I redress the problem?

Hi, In 3 of my last 4 games, after 10 or 15 minutes, the computer won't let me move and the clock switches to me and continues to run down.

What can I do?
