For me, on any difficulty while playing white, it does that to me on move 36. The problem is that this was once not the case. I could normally play far beyond 36 moves before recently. It's some kind of bug.

Just recently the computer keeps going into endless thinking, the only way out is to end the game. In the past it has been perfect how can we contact somebody to fix the problem

Yes, that is the unfortunate part. The only way I can end it is by refreshing the page.

I play the computer as black, at the 2000+ level. When I reach 35 moves, the computer goes into eternal "thinking" mode. Is there a limit of 35 moves for computer chess?
