Computer chess

I play the computer as black, at the 2000+ level.  When I reach 35 moves, the computer goes into eternal "thinking" mode.  Is there a limit of 35 moves for computer chess?

For me, on any difficulty while playing white, it does that to me on move 36. The problem is that this was once not the case. I could normally play far beyond 36 moves before recently. It's some kind of bug.

Just recently the computer keeps going into endless thinking, the only way out is to end the game. In the past it has been perfect how can we contact somebody to fix the problem

Yes, that is the unfortunate part. The only way I can end it is by refreshing the page.

In order to contact somebody, use this link: http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit

We're hoping to add a fix for this asap. Hopefully then the issue you experienced will be corrected

The problem's still there.  It's there whether I log in or not.  It's depriving me of some victories!

Can you click on the board and then type in "version" and tell me what numbers come up.

After clicking on the board, nothing should actually appear, but after typing in the word 'version' a box will then appear for you with a bunch of numbers/letters. I need to know what that shows as to you.
