Every time I try to enter Live Chess through live.chess.com/online/play/ the screen freezes at the point where I am being logged in. A small window reading "Now logging in. Please wait..." is displayed permanently on my screen. This has been happening for a week, and happens either with Internet Explorer or Mozilla.

Does anybody have any tips for how to resolve this problem?

clear ALL of your temporary internet files and try again. you might also want to reboot your machine to make sure all of the resources are available. i hope this helps!

Maybe you need to restart your browser.Sometimes,when you are logged in for a long time,it becomes laggy and the image of chess.com appears slowly at any action you try to do.You can also try to log in there by using the main menu ''Play'' and ''live chess'' in there.Contacting from a different path might help.

Hmmm... Doesn't seem to be either of those two things. What a strange problem...
