Computer Troubles

I have two computers at home, one slow, and another even slower.  I have been using the less slow one for chess, and the other one for other purposes.  But for some reason now the faster of the two cannot get into Chess.com.  I had assumed that the site was down for upgrades, but then I tried on my slower computer, and was able to get in.  Yet I still cannot get in from the better computer, no matter which browser I use, even after clearing the cookies.  Anybody have any advice?  Perhaps I should have been more explicit ... anybody have any helpful advice?  Thank you.

What happens when you try to connect? Any errors? Can you reach other web sites?

Well, it *appears* to be fixed now (I know, famous last words), but I had no trouble with any other web sites, and yes, it gave me a stupid error message that I recognized, since I have seen it before.  But, alas, my recall is not total, and I could not recall if I saw it before when the site was down or for some other reasons.  Thank you for weighing in, and I hope that all is well in Georgia!
