connection interruption

  I use an windows 7 laptop to play rated games.Atleast 6 times now I have been playing different opponents and leading or about to win when a get a"connection interrupted-reconnecting"on the screen with a rotating rectangle indicating trying to restore.It doesnt restore.If I eventually disco and return to the game after awhile it shows the game was never recorded.(not in the archive list).Please advise on this condition if you would.

Am having the same problem on iPad, iOS7

Same on android. Chess.com has jumped the shark Servers are not handling the traffic.

On my desktop happened also for several time now, guess its just part of the game...

I had this problem twice today, one game wasn't recorded, the other one show I resigned.  On androd.

I see. I know Android team is working very hard on fixes and stability right now. It should be much better soon. Thank you!

Ive all but given up.. Ive lost so many games because of lost connection

same here (android). today's update also no good. it takes forever to match with an opponent and when it does it keeps reconnecting every couple of moves, and replaying the last move. please fix (the old version worked relatively OK)
