I had a Chess Mentor monthly subscription. The first month was fine. When the renewal time came up, I received a message from Chess.com that my credit card (Discover) was declined. I tried another CC (Visa), and it too was declined. Neither card has had a problem with other vendors.
Anyone else have similar problems?
By the way, it's pretty silly that I can't reply to the Chess.com staff account that sent out the CC declined notices. It only accepts messages from friends. I guess giving money to Chess.com isn't enough to make me a friend. Bad implementation of customer service, especially since it is in Chess.com's financial interest to solve the problem.
