Look at this page to understand what different levels of membership get you.
It says quite clearly that a "Gold" membership does not get you access to any video lessons. Even "Platinum" members do not get to watch them. You have to be a "Diamond" member.
On the other hand, it also says that "Gold" members should be able to play 3 live tournaments per day. If you can only play 1, you should write to Help and Support and ask them why.
