Using Vista with IE8... The chess.com home page is not being allowed through...

Error: oops this link appears to be broken dns error occured server cannot be found

I have restored back several days, ran the virus and other diagnostic programs, checked firewall, disabled avg, cleared dns cache as well.   I am lost for ideas.
