I have two questions

1. Does it give all games or just the ones that your tab is on such as live chess or online chess?

2. How long does it take? I clicked it yesterday and it told me it might take a while and I still havent gotten it

It is all of your games, live and online together. It says in the game info under "event" if it was a live game, tournament, or whatever. You should be able to filter them easily if you are only interested to look at one sort of game. Depends on the program you use to read the PGN I suppose. It also tells what time control was played. 

I just downloaded mine and have received the email with PGN attached within a couple of minutes. It didn't say anything about it taking a while though.
