I am trying to download the PGN from a completed online game so that I can load it into Chessmaster and anaylze.  I have no trouble doing this on my live games, but can't seem to get it to work for online.  Is this a bug or am I just doing something incorrectly?

Can you provide a bit more detail please? What steps are you taking to try to download? What is happening that makes you say it's not working?

Ok.  What I'm doing is clicking "online chess" under the "my home" menu.  Then when my game history comes up, I click the box next to the game I want to download, and then click "Download PGN".  What is happening is that the screen is just refreshing itself.

When I take the same steps from live chess, a windows dialog box comes up and I save the game into my chessmaster folder.

I'm not sure why it isn't working, but there may be a way to work around it.

Try clicking on the "view" link so you get the screen where you can view the game on a board.  From there you can try again to download the PGN, or just copy and paste the moves into chessmaster.

CRShelton thank you.  If I click "view" and then go to the "moves" tab, I can then click "Get PGN" and the windows dialog box comes up.  Weird but not really any harder.  Thanks again.
