Resolved: Draw by repitition? Not.

Why hasn't chess.com declared this game a draw by three-fold repetition already? It should have drawn with 45. Qd8+. I've also played games Live that were not declared a draw under the same circumstances.

Following FIDE and USCF rules, you have to claim draws by repetition.

If you click on the draw icon, the computer will declare the game a draw
