I'm not sure where to put this, so I figured the help forum was a safe bet. If it's in the wrong place, I apologise.
I'm having problems with my chess.com email account. When I click on an email, it automatically opens a reply window and won't let me see the original mail. I don't want to automatically reply; I want to read the message! It's really frustrating.
Also, how do I mark messages as 'not spam?' There's no option to tell the server that some messages marked as spam are not, in fact, spam.

Any help you guys can give me would be fabulous.

If something is in your spam folder, left click, hold the mouse button down, and drag the email over to where it says Inbox on the left panel.
To view full messages on the email, click top right corner where it says Toggle Threads. Once you do that, you can also collapse the toggle thread.
I tried moving my not-spam to the inbox. It didn't work, it was still marked as spam. And it still wouldn't let me read it.
As for the 'toggle threads,' it only appears for a split second before the mail message is loaded. Then it goes away entirely. Instead, I get a full Reply menu in the upper right with the 'toggle threads' command nowhere to be found.
The thing is, it fubars my mail messages at random. Some work fine, others will not let me read them, and there seems to be no logic to it whatsoever.
I'm running the latest version of Firefox, maybe that has something to do with it. I've cleared my cache and whatnot, though, and it didn't do anything to fix this email problem.
This has STILL not been resolved.
Tell me where the 'toggle thread' command is, please?
This message is NOT spam, yet it will not let me open it, despite my moving it to my Inbox. I have yet to get a 'toggle thread' command on ANY of my emails. This is all it does. Sometimes it will display the full email, other times, like this, it won't, and it's random. I can click on the email in the bar next to the 'reply' box and all it does is make the reply menu go away and/or reappear.
Somebody needs to fix this. :/
