I've come across a strange fact regarding chess.com email. One can send and receive Visual Basic Script files, but not executable files. This seems strange to me, because VBS files would be more likely to contain viruses, although it is easier to detect them. Executable files are very commonly used as just a program. This has been a problem for me, as I have tried to email people programs for beta testing.

It seems strange that .exe files would be ranked as higher risk than .vbs files.

My suggestion would be that there be no restrictions regarding the files sent and received, but instead a warning for potentially dangerous files.
