Hey there!

I've got a little problem receiving my chess.com emails. It stands "76 new emails" and when I click the email icon, a little box shows up and the page is empty, and then it automatic download something called "parse 1,2 or 3" where it only stands unreadabel rubbish. 

Any help ?

Mine does the parse thing when I use Chrome. If I want to read my email I have to load up AOL (ugh...) and use chess.com on that.

I'd quite like to know the answer to this one aswell.

Which browser are you using?

Which browser and version are you using? Posting a screenshot would help out a lot as well as giving us the specific url you see in your browser window when you get this error.

Yah I'm Using Safari (lates version) and I'm not sure how to make a screenshot on in this mac tbh

it happens the same to me and I 'm using the firefox vs. 3.0.6

I have FF 306 too and I have no problem.

Internet Explorer works just fine for me...

Happens when you use Chrome. I use Chrome. But Firefox to check Chess email

I have a mac too, I get the same error when using safari, however when I use firefox it works.
