How do I stop Chess.com from emailing me everytime it's my turn, or I'm about to lose on time or whatever? I only check my email once a week or so, but it always seems like I have 50 emails from Chess.com.
Why you are so lazy????!!!!!!!!!!!
Manage your alerts...
please excuse dalmatinac - his manners classes don't start for another week.
you can manage your alerts on the link he provided. but be careful - make sure you don't timeout! :)
Is there a way to disable people from using the "send an eMail" option and just have the "Leave a Message" option as a communications method? This comes from the ACTIONS "block" on the right-hand side of the screen when you are viewing a friend's profile. Non-friends do not have the "send an eMail" option.
Just because I've flagged someone as a chess.com friend doesn't mean I want them to be able to send me eMails
At this time, there is no way to keep those on your chess.com friends e-mail list from e-mailing you. If you don't want them to have access to your normal e-mail address, maybe you can open a second, free, e-mail account? Hey, maybe even a free @chess.com e-mail address?
Thanks, maybe in a future enhancement there will be an option included
