The terms were for a yearly renewal, if the bank doesnt pay it, you will go back to a non paying member status. If the bank does pay it, then you need to put in a help and support ticket to ask them for a refund...

I would like to downgrade my account to the most basic membership. You automatically rebilled me and charged my credit card with Php4000+ which I don't want anymore. I just want the least amount membership which I think is less than a thousand Philippine pesos. -gigdepiosr

Your premium will get cancelled soon but the better method would have been to cancel renewal instead.

I notice that there is a 30 day pay back, could you payback because i didnt wanted a silent extension of my subscription, allready bank is going to block this payment.
It's not that i dont like the site, but i lost my job and cannt pay the bills anymore.
