Evaluations incorrect in chess iPad/iPhone app

I know a fix has been put in and it is being tested in a beta version before an update comes through apple

The update is in the App Store now
The engine in the iPad/iPhone app is throwing out some woefully incorrect suggested main lines, often seeing pieces that don't exist and suggesting illegal moves. Anyone else getting this?
