I believe that is now a premium only feature. Used to be everyone could use the opening explorer, but only premium for the game explorer. Now it appears that only diamonds and platinum have access. They do that a lot around here; shuffle benefits in and out without telling anyone.
Explore Function has stoped working

The problem is now resolved and it's not chess.com removing features I'm glad to say. Apple (I use an MacBook Pro) have finally admitted that there are conflicts between their new Operating System (Yosemite) and some programs, or certain features of some programs. It is typical Apple to release OS upgrades without sufficient testing. Us mugs do the testing for them!!!
But, after a LOT of badgering from me and an hour long phonecall I got them to fix it. Free of charge...as they should!
I am new to chess.com. Not very experienced, a beginner really. I have played a few games and thoroughly enjoyed them. Then suddenly, I lost the Explore function. At first it froze a couple of times, now all I get is a completely blank white window. Makes no difference what browser I use.
Is this normal in chess.com? Is the Explore function only available for a short while?
