forced to forfeit game as my opponent last move is not revealed

I've experienced this problem a couple of times, lastly in the game against 4BLUNTED2ASSASINO. My opponent's third move was not shown and his time continued to run down as if it was still his turn. Eventually, the game was abandoned, however, the person who lost points (12) was I. It was only after I refreshed the brownser that the board revealed my opponent's last move. Needless to say, I'd find it a bit inconvenient if I had to refresh every game just to make sure that I'm not forced to forfeit the game.

It might have something to do with your internet connection. I have had something similar like that happen a few times as well when I would play on my Iphone. The opponent's clock would continue to run for like 5 minutes then his move would be made and my clock would be down on time. I am pretty sure it is just a connection problem

    lucalaur,

When this happened what operating system, browser and browser version were you using?

Do you have any add-ons installed on your browser?

What type of internet connection do you have?

Windows XP Professional, Internet Explorer 8, DSL 100.0 Mps. Not sure about the add-ons.
