When I go to my "online games" I can see that I've completed 39 turn-based games. However, when I go to "explore my games": http://www.chess.com/explorer/?player=lanceuppercut_239 it shows me that I've played 24 games beginning 1.e4, 4 beginning 1.d4, and 1 beginning 1.c4 - that's only 29 games. Where are my other 10 games? (i.e. is this a bug?)

there is a delay in bringing over games that have finished recently. we're currently working on a way to automate that more quickly.

Along those same lines, I still have no games listed in Game Explorer.  Whenever I select "My chess games" the message given is "The player was not found."  I know I mentioned this in another thread, and I was going to add to that thread, but I can't find it.  When I click on "Topics I have posted in" I am only shown the topics I have created.

 

Perhaps there's some larger problem with my account?
