Recently when I click the "Explorer" - button while playing a thematic tournament game, the position in the pop-up window displays the initial position of the tournament, not the current position on the board. For example in the "Ruy Lopez" - tournament the explorer always opens at the Ruy Lopez position after 3.Bb5.

In other games (non thematic) the Explorer shows the current position properly.

Yes. Currently the game explorer has problems when loading positions that have derived from games with a pre-set starting position. When I start a game with a friend with the French Defence- Exchange Variation, for example, the game explorer does not work. I must manually input the moves.

This is an issue that needs to be fixed, and so don't worry, it's not just you!
