The game explorer for all chess.com games isn't working. It lists no games at all.

I just used it one second ago

Well, there must be something wrong with my computer. It was working fine before today.

I say try it again. I just checked and it seems to be woking for me too, maybe it was just a temporary glitch?

At a brand new board, I go to all chess.com games and this message pops up. There are no games with this position found in this database.

I tried exiting out and bringing it up again and it still doesn't work. suggestions?

im having the same problem ryan. i tried it a bunch of times. i was even on it earlier today but now no such luck

we were having trouble with it earlier today. we have to re-think how we do the import of people's games. might take some time...

thats unfortunate. game explorer was the most fun i had when i didnt have any moves in my games... haha

explorer should be working fine now (except for your own games). make sure you select MASTER DATABASE. click here: www.chess.com/explorer

 

It still never lets me see other people's games. I type in their name, hit enter, and a page filled with lots of code/ gibberish.

should i just not use all chess.com games? It still isn't working. the master database has been working fine.

My Game Explorer isn't working... It has "loading position" from beginning...

yep. we're working on it!

 If it helps, I had this problem too and was using a custome theme.  When I switched back to the chess.com standard theme, game explorer started working again.

 

It's still don't working...
