hi!
suddenly, all my game history (except my very last game) vanished. its not essential to playing chess, but it is a feature i use a lot (checking out my previous matches). how do i get it back and why did it disappear in the first place?
thank you in advance for your time and help,
tiger

As a basic member you can only view the previous month game history. Your last game finished on 21st October, before that was 21st September. So anything from that date going back can't be viewed unless you upgrade your account.
If you upgrade, you'll see all your games are still there, but not visible to you at basic level sorry.

I wish I could help, but I cannot. However, I know the pain, because I had many games recorded on paper from long ago. In sorting out my file cabinet some years back, I figured they were taking up too much room, and since I wasn't playing much at that time, I threw them away! AWAY!! Never to be seen again. However, now I have more time to play I wish I still had them. And to think, some of my best games using the knights, my favorite piece, gone into oblivion. Well, no use crying over split milk. So, I truly hope someone will be able to help you.
But time heals all wounds, because now that there is Seirawan chess where I can have four pieces at once on the board that are allowed to move as a knight, there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
thank you for your help!
