I juz got >7 of my Accepted Seeks ( in succession ) automatically Aborted by Server ,immediately after it appeared after my Seek/Challenge has been Accepted ..

I can't even make my First Move ,especially if I'm White ; If I'm Black,I hv to make it Real Quick,else it will get aborted too !

As a Result,I can't play the Games.

I think maybe it's due to my Slow Connection .

Can Chess.com make the time before these 'Auto-Aborts' occur ,to be slightly longer ?

( Also,I think I get 'credited' with all these Aborts coz I didn't get to make my First Move )

The Moment the Game appears,it gets Aborted by Server .. I'm not sure how many seconds it took ,after it says ' Your Seek/Challenge has been Accepted' ,for the Game to appear,tho.

Normally,there's enuf time to make my First Move ,tho this has happened before,but not continuosly .

.. but there was a 'glitch' juz now,I think .. Immediately after 1 Game showed up,it says I Won by Resignation .. but How could I hv Won by Resignation,when I haven't even made my first Move ,as White ?

Yes,I got points for it ... It has happened another time too when I was in a Live Tourney.

( My Archive shows '0 Moves' but I Won by Resignation !)

After my 2nd Move as Black,my Opponent resigned but I only got 3 points and not 5 as stated earlier .

This same thing has happened twice already,recently .

Btw,I juz realised that the 'Glitch' I was referring to ,in my previous Post,was only for the Normal Live Chess Game I played and not the Tourney One,coz in the Tourney Games,there is no Abort Button .. it's Resign Button right from the start but for the Normal Game,the Abort Button changes to Resign after each Player's 1st Move.

This also happened to me once, when my opponent had an extremely high glicko rd. Blind guess: is it possible that you calculate the winner's new rating based on the loser's new rating (instead of his old rating)?

Nope,I wasn't but I was also thinking that it cld be my Opponent who was maybe playing more than 1 game at the same time .

I checked his Game's Archive but I can't be sure/tell if he was.

Definitely not, it was the only game I played on that day (http://www.chess.com/livechess/game.html?id=232325471). I remember it well because I saw my oppenent drop from 1200 to 1030 due to that loss.

A look at my opponent's archive reveals that he was apparently playing two simultaneous games, which of course explains the issue.

Sred, I need to know if the points shown in the game chat area at the beginning of the game were the same as what you got after the game ended.

Sorry for not being clear about that. No, I got 2 points while the chat area promised 4 or so (I don't remember the exact amount, only that it differed from what I got). But as I said, it appears that my opponent started and lost another game while he played me, so his rating was already lowered when he gave up.

It has been confirmed its because your opponents were playing more than one game at a time.
