games have disappeared

Hi I am running Vista and firefox and all my chess games are now not visable. Does anyone know why and how I can fix this?

      Sounds like a pop-up blocker. Customize your settings to disable it for this site. My condolences for you having Vista, Billy thinks that changing the icons and tweaking some images should be worth another billion.....I'd suggest putting this on the trusted sites, but there are backdoor pingers using ghost servers. Firefox is good but it's not watertight...

can you be more specific? what do you mean NOT VISIBLE? you can't see the pieces? you can't see past games? you can't get to current games? "games not visible" can mean a LOT of things on chess.com ;)

I see the chess board but not the pieces I cannot move them but I am able to chat.

A couple suggestions:

1) Try hitting "Control R" keys on the page where you are not seeing the pieces

2) Try turning off your pop-up and/or ad blocker as this may prevent the pieces from showing properly

3) Try using the "LINES" style of pieces (click here to change that: http://www.chess.com/home/echess_settings.html
