I have 17 games in progess, but the counter syas I only have 4. Can you fix it please?

I currently have 2 games going against a player named lagoo.  I have made my moves and am waiting for him for him to make his moves.  One of the two games is listed as "waiting" but it appears at the top of my current games list where the "ready" games are listed.  I checked lagoo's on-line page and the same game is listed as "ready" but is listed half-way down his "waiting". This game acts like it's a "ready" game . . . when I have submited my move on my last ready game, this board appears (like a "ready" game would do). Sorry to bother you again.  My tourney page says that I have 12 tournament games in progress.  I only have 8.

Thanks.  It also says that I have enetered 8 events.  I don't think that that number is right, either.  6 completed, 7 in progress.
