When an Online Chess game ends after only a few(like 2) moves because a player stopped making moves(but does not resign) and runs out of time, does it end up not affecting the ratings at all?

Also, does the game count as a completed game?  Because I'm trying to complete my first 5 rated games by the end of the month to join the Chess.com tournament and I have 4 right now, but one of those 4 ended after my opponent stopped playing after two moves and ran out of time, and it looks like it's going to happen for one of my ongoing games as well.  I really want to know because it's unlikely that I'll be able to complete 2 other games before the deadline.

Only games with a minimum of 3 (I think it is) completed moves count.
